Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation (APMDC) has started Online Sand Booking in Andhra Pradesh through Sand Sale Management And Monitoring System (SSMMS) Online Portal. Customers can now register, book orders, track orders and other many things do in one click. People can book sand by following few easy steps through sand.ap.gov.in.
All Applicants who are willing to apply online application then download the official notification and read all eligibility criteria and application process carefully. Procedure To Register On AP Sand Booking Portal

General Consumer Registration
- To register, visit the official website.
- From the opened page, you need to go to registration option given in menu bar
- Then click “General Consumer Registration” option from the drop-down list
- First, enter your mobile number and click “Send OTP” option
- Enter the OTP send on your mobile number and click submit option
- Now enter your Aadhaar number and click submit option
- Now you need to enter your residential address such as Name, District, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, Grama panchayat/ Ward, Address/Door no, Landmark/Street name, Pin code and Mail Id
- Click the “Next” option and tick the checkbox
- Click the “register” option and proceed to order sand
Bulk Consumer Registration
- To register you need to visit the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited.
- From the opened page, you need to go to registration option given in the menu bar
- Then click “Bulk Consumer Registration” option from the drop-down list
- First, enter your mobile number and click “Send OTP” option
- Enter the OTP send on your mobile number and click submit option
- Now enter “GST No.”, click “Get GST details” option and registered address will display on the screen such as Name of the company (As per GST), Trade name (As per GST), Mobile number (As per GST) and Address (As per GST)
- Now you need to enter your residential address such as Name, District, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, Grama panchayat/ Ward, Address/Door no, Landmark/Street name, Pin code
- Click the “Next” option and tick the checkbox
- Click the “register” option
Procedure to Book Online Sand at sand.ap.gov.in
- To book sand you need to visit the official website
- From the opened page, you need to go to the Booking option given in the menu bar
- Then click “Online Sand Booking” option from the drop-down list
- Login to the site by entering “Mobile No” and click “Send OTP” option
- Enter the OTP and click submit option
General Consumer
- Click the “Send Order” option and new fields will display
- Select Type of work, Type of construction, Size of construction and Present required sand quantity
- Then enter a delivery address, first enter Name, District, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, GP/ Ward, Address and Pin code.
- Select Stockyard District, Stockyard then Stockyard name, Available quantity, Sand price and Sand price details
- Click on “Continue payment” option and click on “Online payment”
- Two payment methods will be displayed “SBI” and “PAYU”
- Enter the asked details and click on “Pay now” button to make payment.
Bulk consumer
- From the opened page click “Add order” option
- Select Type of work, Enter Work order/ Plan approval number, Type of construction, Enter Size of construction, Enter the certified sand quantity and Other information
- Upload certificate and supporting document,
- Enter Name and Select District, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, GP/ Ward, Address and Pin code
- Click on “SUBMIT” option and your bulk order registration successful
- Now you have to wait for the department approval. Visit the site again and log in to it. If you find the order status has changed to “Approval”
- Then you need to make payment for that click on the “Bulk order reference No” option
- Click on the “payment” option after checking the displayed detail
- Click the “online payment” option and Payment method options will appear
- Enter the details and click the Pay option.

- To book sand or track your order you need to visit the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited
- From the opened page, you need to go to the Booking option given in the menu bar
- Then click the “Track Your Order” option from the drop-down list
- Login to the site by entering “Mobile no
